You Control What You Offer Buyers' Agents
When you list your home, you can choose whether to offer a commission to the buyer's agent. While no longer legally required, offering a competitive BAC typically attracts more showings and stronger offers.
You can set this as a percentage of the sale price or a flat dollar amount. The minimum is 1% of the sale price. This is set during your listing setup and can be adjusted at any time.
BAC Examples on $300,000
BAC is separate from your seller's agent commission and is paid from your proceeds at closing.
Professional Photography
You pay the photographer's fee directly. Ulist NM receives a small coordination fee for scheduling, communication, and MLS photo upload.
